Pacific Oaks Preschool was founded in March 2005 when owner, Paula Clemmer, while teaching a parent participation class, discovered that parents were seeking a true, play based creative curriculum preschool. Several elements came together to create the setting for Pacific Oaks Preschool. Being amongst the 100 year old oak trees and incorporated in many historical train cars are what contribute to a creative and natural environment. We are licensed by the state of California and offer half-day programs for children two years through five years of age. Pacific Oaks Preschool also offers a low child to teacher ratio.
